![]() Once you’ve launched USB Loader GX it’ll prompt you, if this is your first time loading it with a new drive, to format it. If it isn’t there then you’ve failed to properly copy it to your /apps/ directory. Listed under your apps you’ll see USB Loader GX. Is there something I can do to force USB Loader GX to re-initialize the drive to show titles again? I've had a look round the internet to see if there were an easy fix, but most of the people I've seen are having problems getting their USB drives to mount at all, or are from back in the WBFS formatted drive era. Start up the Wii and run the Homebrew channel. ![]() Just make sure your sd card has a high read/write speed so the covers don’t lag. I know both drives still work, as they both launch games through WiiFlow without a problem - I just don't like WiiFlow nearly as much, preferring the "stock" look of UsbLoaderGX. I use this for over 1100 Wii and about 350 GameCube games. I plugged my old drive back in again, and same result! Shows space utilization but no games. Plugging my new drive into the wii, it initializes fine in USB Loader GX, and shows space utilization information, but shows no games. I formatted my 128GB flash drive to FAT32 and used Wii Backup Manager to transfer from my old (also FAT32) drive to my new one. I've got a bit of a strange problem! I had USB Loader GX working perfectly on my softmodded Wii (Rev1239, IOS249 (Rev 20) ) and I decided to swap out my HDD for a flash drive.
